1. 服从学校管理，完成分配的工作。
2. 除缴纳过义务服务赦免费的家庭外，所有家长应主动为学校提供义务服务，并及时填写自己的"家长完成义务服务记录簿"。对不来值班的家长应补交义务服务费，遵守学校的罚款规定。
3. 遵守学校制定的一切规章制度，包括中文学校校园管理章程，体育馆管理章程和校园停车规定。
4. 放学后，家长有责任督促自己孩子的功课，查看并执行孩子带回的各种通知。
5. 家长有责任教育自己的孩子，使他们遵守学校的一切规定。

ACSGD Parents Rules

1. The parents shall follow the management directions set by the school board and administration and fulfill assigned duties if applicable.
2. All parents shall perform assigned school volunteer work unless a fee is paid to waive this obligation. The parents are responsible to fill out the forms upon completion of school duty. A fine will be imposed to the responsible parents who fail to perform assigned school.
3. The parents shall observe all the rules and policies set forth by ACSGD, including (but not limited to) the Hallway & Parking Lot Rules, the Gym Rules and Birmingham School Rules, etc.
4. The parents have the responsibility to supervise the student(s) ACSGD homework after school, and keep track of all notifications sent by ACSGD administration & teachers.
5. The parent(s) have the responsibility to teach their children to follow all ACSGD rules.
