If register and pay tuition before July 15, 2023, you can have $20 early bird tuition discount. After July 16, 2023, you will pay regular tuition. （The tuition shown in the system now is the discount price, from July 15 it will be changed to a regular price.）

2. Pay tuition with the Order Number using one of the following two methods:

(2) Check

Dear Parents of ACSGD,

Please read the following information carefully regarding recent updates and activities of our School:

1. We will have class on Saturday, June 3, 2023. Most classes will have the final exam. Hope all students will do well on their final exams.

2. Registration of ACSGD 2023 – 2024 School Year has started !!!

The deadline of Early Bird discount is July 15th 2023. If registering and paying tuition on or before July 15th, you can have a $20 early bird tuition discount. After July 16, 2023, you will pay regular tuition. The tuition currently shown in the system is the discounted price.

There are two ways to pay tuition: (Please provide following information on your payment: (1) Order #, (2) Student Name, (3) Registered Class)

You can pay tuition with either Zelle or Check, For those who want to pay tuition with a check, our staff will be inside of Entrance 5 to collect the check.

3. There are two new experimental classes this year, one for the elementary students and the other for intermediate class students. These two experimental classes are for heritage students and will use different textbooks.

4. On 6/10, the school will hold a "China Day" event. All morning class and afternoon class students come to school at 9 am.

9:00 - 9:45 am: Class activity, students receive the transcripts, awards, Summer homework, etc. from their teacher.

10:00 - 11:00 am: Come to the Gym to attend the graduation celebration.

11:00 - 2:30 pm: China Day (Chinese food court, game, fun, ...)

5. On 6/10, we will also have a food court at the cafeteria. If you want to participate in the activity and prepare food for people, please scan the QR code to enter the WeChat group to get more information.

6. The Summer Soccer Competition of the Greater Detroit Area will start in late June.

- Temporary schedule is from 6/24 to 8/6, lasting 6 weeks.

- Soccer game is on Sunday, around 7:00 to 8:30 pm, at Independence Park, Canton， MI.

- There will be 2 training sessions every week, at an elementary school or park in Troy.

- Your children can join the soccer game, no matter if he or she is an ACSGD student or not.

7. Yating Lu, vice principal of communication, has finished her term and transferred her work to Lili Xiong, our new vice principal of communication. Thank Yating Lu for her great work and contribution to the school. She is now the board member and will continue to work for the school in her new position.

8. When you come to school to drop off or pick up your children, please drive safely and follow the traffic signs in front of the school. Also please note that the parking spaces in front of the school building are reserved for the teachers. Please don't park your vehicles over there.
